For this assignment, I needed to select an image relevant to Merlin Sheldrake’s Entangled Life, then find a quote relating to the image. I quickly decided to use an image of a fungus solving a maze, as I knew it would be easy to find a relevant image and quote. The quote I chose is questioning how an organism with no brain can think and solve problems, i.e. making its way through a maze efficiently.
